The first method is easy to install and does not require going into your blogs HTML. However there are some drawbacks.
-The signature will only show up in your new posts. If you want the signature in your old posts you'll have to go back and manually place it in each and every post. Also if you ever want to change your signature you will then have to go change each and every post. When you've got 200+ posts . . . that doesn’t exactly spell fun.
-If you accidentally delete it you have to start a post over or manually paste the code into the post again.
Method 1
Step 1: Go to Dashboard, click on your Settings link, click on the Formatting tab, and scroll down to the box at the bottom that says Post Template.
Step 2: Copy and paste this code
<p><image class="centered"alt="post signature" src="Your sig URL" /></p>
Make sure to copy and paste the URL for your signature into the code.
Step 3: Click save
If you want to put the image in your older posts, make sure you click on the edit HTML link at the top of your post. Copy and paste the code from above at the bottom of your post.
Method 2
I prefer this method. It's much easier to edit and it automatically adds it to every single post! It does require you to go into the HTML of your blog. So if you don't feel comfortable going in there, Don't Do It. I do recommend saving and downloading your template just in case you do mess up.
Step 1: Go to Dashboard, click on Layout, click on Edit HTML. In teh right top corner checkmark the little box that says "expand widgets"
Step 2: Find this code: <data:post.body/> it looks like this
An easy way to find it and anything in your HTML is to hit "CTRL" and "F" at the same time. A little "find" box should appear above the blogger window.
Step 3: Copy this code. Make sure to use your signature's URL in between the quotations.
<br><img src='Your Sig URL'/></br>
Now paste it just behind the <data:post.body/>
Step 4: Save it!
Troubleshooting:
If you get a pop up in RED that says something about the XML code double, check the quotation marks around the URL of your image. It should either be double quotations " for method one. For method 2 it should be single quoatations like this '.

Sweet! I just followed your instructions and have cute sig's at the end of each post! Thanks for the tip! I was nervous to edit the html, but braved it anyway and it came out perfectly the first time :)
Thanks again!

Glad I could help!
How do I change the size and location? I would like to make it stay on the right of my post and make it smaller.
Thank you very much for clearing out both these methods to install signature. I will try the second one as it also appeared to me easy and simple to execute.
